1. About Our Services

Peach n Perky ("we", "us", "our") provides creator support services such as fan messaging support, marketing support, content planning/scheduling assistance, branding resources, privacy/protection support, and related digital products (including ebooks).

We do not host, publish, or distribute adult content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for your accounts and content on third-party platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly, social platforms), including compliance with their rules and all applicable laws.

Results vary and depend on many factors including audience, niche, consistency, platform changes, pricing, and the information/materials you provide. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, engagement, or growth.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, purchase our products, or use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have permission to use any content you provide to us (including images, videos, and text), and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform guidelines that apply to your content and activity.
• You agree not to request or use our services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• If our work requires access to any accounts/tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and enabling appropriate security protections (e.g., strong passwords, 2FA where available).

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Payments are processed via PayPal (and/or any checkout provider displayed at the time of purchase). By purchasing, you authorise the provider to charge the amount shown, including recurring charges for subscriptions where applicable.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may update pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle (or as otherwise stated at purchase).

5. Refunds

Services: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we explicitly agree in writing.

Digital products (including ebooks): All sales are final once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once delivery has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Peach n Perky a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the content you provide solely to deliver the agreed services (e.g., drafting captions, watermarking, scheduling assistance, reporting, or promotional planning).

Our materials, templates, guides, branding assets, reports, and other deliverables remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may use them for your personal/business use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without permission.

7. Privacy, Security & Confidentiality

We aim to treat client information and materials as confidential and use them only to deliver services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

8. DMCA / Takedown Support Disclaimer

Where we provide protection support (e.g., guidance, templates, coordination with partners), you acknowledge that takedown outcomes depend on third parties and we cannot guarantee removal, timing, or results. We do not provide legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peach n Perky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of our website, services, or products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service/product in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, request illegal/infringing activity, or where required by law. You may cancel subscription services according to Section 4.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
